I have seen a lot of s*** and it just keeps going, but it feels different now and also I am so aware of what I am seeing that it's almost fun and exciting lol. In this episode, I talk about how I handle it and most importantly, how I find peace with it all. Each time will be a little different and I think that this is the point -- to grow in more peace one experience at a time, because peace is LOVE. Yes, I had to run deep with this but maybe now you won't have to!

It's possible to be trapped in someone else's victimhood or slavery mentality (trauma bonding). It often looks quite normal, and acceptable and could seem the right thing to do. But when you dive deeper into it, you will see that it's manipulation into slavery. They are themselves enslaved in their karma and they are seeking to drag you into their suffering, especially should you look very happy! The person asking you for help via manipulation is not at all concerned that you want to or not, if you're able to, have the time or energy, or that it's healthy for you. Their only concern is surviving so they will do anything to get it, and it will never stop. Never. This is very sad and heartbreaking but I will no longer entertain those behaviors. They must come from integrity, honesty and respect of the other's choices in the end. You are not the only person on this planet, so if you can't that means someone else can and will. Pray. It's not your responsibility to make people's life easier, forever, unless you want to! If you've done too much of it, maybe it's time to opt out. You can opt back in later when you'll feel the nude to give again in that way. This is a test to show me that I sometimes still give when out of integrity.

The more I encounter new people the more I see that it's not time for that, or not anymore? I'm on a new timeline doing things differently and I cannot let the past win! What I want is someone who can and WANT to handle ALL of me, all that I am. My standards are not going to be reduced to what I "could" get, even if he is a soulmate from another timeline. It was for the old me, but we've lost our chance in this lifetime. The speed of my growth is not for everyone. My tea is not for everyone, I know that, and it's supposed to be this way for a very divine reason. Eventually, it will all make a lot of sense. I can see it, but I can't tell! When it's time it will happen and make sense to everyone around me, especially those I have lost. I am knowingly waiting for him, while I keep moving forward.

We give because we think we should. Most of the time, that's how it's done. Well, not anymore! Now imma give cuz I wanna! I mean, because I actually have a strong desire to. Giving out of obligation is people pleasing, it's done so we don't lose that person, so we don't get rejected or abandoned. Basically, it's done out of fear. Anything that is done out of fear NEEDS TO GO, or you will be feeding that fear and it will never stop coming. The best part of giving because you want to is that it will simply pour out of you, like a broken faucet! That feeling of duty is because we, females mostly, are too much in our masculine, and thus, we have lost our ability to receive, and also, we were programmed to do so! The balance finds itself once we learn to receive and not move a muscle, until we feel that desire rise because we're now full.

(Sneak peek...) Here I brought up a couple of experiences where people thought I was innocent but in a stupid, ignorant way, and they were so wrong lol. I'm just walking around observing and watching people's negative reactions about me, being, weird to them, confident, unique, and not caring about a lot of topics people talk about nowadays. It's a choice to subscribe to information, and some info is just plain useless. If it's not serving me in a good way, I will not subscribe to it. But in the first 20h mins of the episode I talk about how my recent experience at the dentist was traumatizing in the most healing way possible. Sharing is caring - understanding is alchemizing <3

(Sneak peek...) Being a healer, an empath or being able to see others' wounds they walk by them doesn't make life easier, but a little more complicated (temporarily of course). Creating new friendships is the most challenging for me. Being psychic has it's down sides but I would still prefer to have a chat with a psychic person than a non psychic. I just think it feels more real to me, but that's just me. Here I explain a little how it's been, how it feels and how I am handling living while "seeing" a lot and not always liking it. It's all new to me and not always necessarily fun. However I am enjoying the challenge of making sure I get nothing less than what I want, because, well that's just where I'm at in life. I will pass these tests and receive my soul tribe eventually - absolutely zero doubt.

As I am exploring the world of new friendships and also dating, as well as experiencing day-to-day people interaction, I am feeling a lot of clashing and friction when I am being myself while sharing my true colors including my vulnerability, aka embraced-authentic-weirdness. Especially when I know that they want my energy, and attention or purge their anger or frustrations onto me. The knowing (awareness of it) and resisting it creates quite a lot of madness over there! It's not you, it's them, hold on, it's both of you! It's a soul contract that shows you something you need to see. Pay attention so it doesn't keep rehappening. It's supposed to be fun! Don't be too serious about all this, take it as a game (a serious one tho), it's a lot more fun ;)

(Sneak peek...) I literally established this podcast to share my story and I have been doing everything but that, but, pretty cool content still came out from it! Now, I must set myself free and completely move forward. It's like I was scared to share it like it is, also I feel I wasn't fully ready, and because of that, I felt an attachment to it because I had to tell it! It felt like a ball that wanted to come out but I was still holding on to it. I am now completely free. I already feel a huge amount of weight lifted. No more hiding and pretending I didn't go through these moments. They shaped who I am, my views on life, my ability to self-love, and got me to a whole new place. That is the point of healing vs suppressing. Part 3 of 3.
